To develop mother and  child care unit where directly providing the treatment to the children with disability and teaching to the mother for caring strategy, therapy, activity of daily living, feeding and inclusion in the society. Transferring and accessibility training should conduct through in this unit to mother as well care giver. Conduct orientation program with surrounding people of individual child with disability about condition and management according to developmental sequence and age.
